Rules:

Each pool participant shall Purchase 10 NASCAR Nextel Cup Race Cars at the cost listed for each car.

The total cost of the 10 cars shall not exceed a hypothetical 40 million dollars.

Deadline for application is the start of the 150 qualifying races for the Daytona 500 on Thursday Feb. 16th.

The cost of the existing cars is calculated by prorating the 2005 points earned by each car to 36 races and then multiplying this by 1000.

The cost of the 55 car to be driven by Michael Waltrip is calculated by multiplying the points earned by Michael during the 2005 season by 1000.

The number of the 97 car has been changed to 26 so the cost of the 26 car is calculated from the points earned by the 97 car.

Cars can be bought and sold during the season with a maximum of 2 trades per participant.

Trades are not allowed after the chase for the Championship has started (race 27)

A participant can trade as many cars as desired for each trade.

Participants must have a total of 10 cars at all times.

The trade value of a car is the "Trade Value" after the latest race.

The trade value of the cars being bought or sold will change after each race depending on performance.

Any participant's balance remaining from the initial or any subsequent transaction can be used.

Trades initiated between the commencement of qualifying and the completion of a race will be completed after the race.

The onus is on the participant to make sure the pool administrator has received a request for a trade prior to the start of qualifying for a race.

Participants will earn the points earned by the driver of the car in each race regardless of the driver.

In order for a participant to accumulate a car's points the participant must own the car when the points are earned.

All entry fees paid in by the participants will be paid out as prizes.

Points earned by each car will be totaled after each race and accumulated for each participant.

Depending on the number of participants a prize may be given to the participant with the highest points for that race.

The value and the number of prizes will be determined after all participants have registered.

All prizes will be paid at the end of the season.

Participant's accumulated points and race points as well as the car's value will be made available after each race
